At PersonaliseWay, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that all tags are still attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at simon@personaliseway.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the items for any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to our customer support team for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will expedite the process and ensure that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.
