Exceptions

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
